We confirm that IOOF Investment Management Limited (IIML) has replaced Avanteos Investments Limited as the trustee of the Symetry Personal Retirement Fund and IOOF Investment Services Ltd (IISL) has replaced Colonial First State Investments Limited as the operator of the ‘Symetry Delegate’, ‘Symetry Foundation’ and ‘Symetry Active’ products (Symetry IDPS Products).

Transfer to Rhythm Products

We confirm that as proposed in our letters to Symetry members and investors dated 25 October, 2023:

• IIML has decided to transfer members of the Symetry Personal Retirement Fund to ‘Rhythm Super’; and
• IISL has decided to transfer investors in the Symetry IPDS products to ‘Rhythm Investment’.

The transfer is occurring on 2 December 2023. The transaction freeze period has not changed, you can make transactions on your account from 15 December 2023.
