Unit prices
What are unit prices?
When you invest in a fund, your money buys a number of units. A unit price is the dollar value of each unit in the investment option on the specified date. Unit prices are calculated by dividing the net value of the investment option's assets by the number of units issued. Unit prices may go up or down on a daily basis, as a result of movements in the value of the assets underlying each fund.
The entry (or buy) price is used when you purchase units and the exit (or sell) price is used when you sell units.
